Enabling multifactor authentication

Multifactor authentication (MFA) is a method for using more than one piece of information to verify user identity during sign-in. You can enable multifactor authentication for Kentico Kontent per domain.

Multifactor authentication requires an Enterprise plan.

    For example, if enabled for the kentico.com domain, all users with email accounts from that domain need to enter additional information (as opposed to using only their password) to sign in.

    Enabling multifactor authentication

    To enable MFA for your organization:

    • If you're already on an Enterprise plan, contact our support team using the chat button below and we will set it up for your domain.
    • If you're not on an Enterprise plan, contact our sales teamOpens in a new window and let them know about your requirements.

    With MFA enabled, your users will need to use a mobile app, such as Google Authenticator, to sign in successfully.
